1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Willkeep ("we", "us", "our") and any person ("you", "the client") who enquires about, registers for, or participates in any Willkeep programme or service, or who accesses this website at willkeep.sbs.

By using this website or by engaging us for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

3. Nature of Our Services

Willkeep provides estate records organisation, document gathering facilitation, and legacy information structuring services. Our work is strictly educational, facilitative, and organisational in nature.

We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, medical advice, or any service that requires a licence from a Thai regulatory authority. Our facilitators and records advisors are not lawyers, notaries, financial planners, or licensed practitioners of any kind.

Nothing we say, write, or facilitate should be construed as a legal instrument, binding commitment, will, trust document, financial plan, or investment recommendation. You are always encouraged to consult qualified professionals independently for any matters requiring formal or licensed expertise.

4. Our Services

We currently offer three programmes:

• First Conversation Facilitation (฿3,900): A facilitated introductory session to help families open a calm, respectful conversation about wishes, plans, and intentions. Non-binding and purely conversational.
• Organising the Essentials Workshop (฿16,000): A structured working session to gather, sort, and clearly label important documents and contacts in one accessible location.
• Lasting Legacy Records Programme (฿33,500): An extended programme building and maintaining an organised record of family information and intentions, with signposting toward qualified professionals where appropriate.

Full programme descriptions, inclusions, and session structures are provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update service content with reasonable notice.

5. Bookings and Payment

All bookings are confirmed in writing by Willkeep following your enquiry. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of booking. Fees are stated inclusive of applicable Thai VAT where required.

Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may be subject to change. The price agreed at the point of written confirmation is the binding price for your booking.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that family circumstances can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling terms are as follows:

• More than 7 days before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling, at your preference.
• 3–7 days before the session: 50% of the programme fee is retained; the remaining amount is refunded or may be applied to a future booking.
• Fewer than 3 days before the session: The full programme fee is retained.
• No-show (no prior notice): The full programme fee is retained.

Willkeep reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an alternative session at your choice, with no additional charge.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share with us during our programmes with the utmost discretion. Personal information, family circumstances, and the contents of any facilitated sessions are held in confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties except:

• With your prior written consent;
• Where required by Thai law or a lawful order of a competent authority; or
• Where necessary to protect the safety of an individual.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, design, images, and materials provided during our programmes — is the intellectual property of Willkeep or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt our content without prior written consent.

Any documents, templates, or organising frameworks provided to you during a programme are for your personal and family use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Willkeep's liability to you arising from or connected to our services is limited to the fees you have paid for the specific programme in question.

We are not liable for:

• Decisions made by you or your family members as a result of our facilitation sessions;
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided to us by you;
• The actions or omissions of any third-party professionals you engage independently;
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

10. Website Use

This website is provided for general information purposes. While we take care to keep content accurate and current, we make no representation that all information is complete, up to date, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use it in any way that is unlawful or harmful to others.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Willkeep does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any linked site. Visiting such sites is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. When we do, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For active programme clients, we will notify you of material changes by email with reasonable advance notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
